However, what sets the fourth edifice apart from its predecessors is its relatively huge area size equal to the combined areas of Aseana One, Aseana Two, and Aseana 3. Aside from its massive proportions, 8912 Aseana Avenue also has an impressive integrated skywalk bridge that connects it to other adjacent buildings such as Ayala Mall Bay Area—a thoughtful touch that makes for a safe and efficient pedestrian traffic.
