Name of Project: Alloro Residenza (2013)

Location: McArthur Bridge, Manila

A land mark will soon rise along the stretch of Pasig river in Manila.

Alloro Residenza inspired by Italian word meaning Residence of Golden Laurels.

The building will inspire redevelopment in the old City of Manila along McArthur Bridge, and Pasig river consisting possession of prized residential units. Alloro Residenza has a total construction floor area of 95,882.48 sm and a total height of 182.60 meters above ground. The tower will have a combination of hotel and condominium consisting of more or less 1,200 units. It was conceptualized to be energy efficiency, supplementary, flexible units, sustainable and easy to maintain wherein the core is centralized, well-organized and efficiently designed.
