Name of Project: Dasmariñas University (2016)

Location: Dasmariñas City, Cavite

Dasmariñas University is a 115,659.85 square meter sprawling development by the City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
For Phase 1, the campus’ first college building will have 60 classrooms and features an indoor basketball court. Sporting events in the university campus can also be held in the 140-meter oval with a grandstand adjacent to it. The grandstand has a 1500-pax capacity bleachers, toilets, and changing areas for athletes. Garden pathwalks and outdoor basketball courts line the western portion of Phase 1 for students’ recreation and use.

For the 2nd and 3rd phase of the master plan development, college buildings 6-8 storeys high are proposed to further support the student population of the university. It will have developed with lush open spaces and greeneries, water features spread throughout these phases in the development.

Conceptualized for the campus’ phase 4 is the new seat of government for the city, the Dasmariñas City Hall. Phase 5 is reserved for future expansion and a botanical garden for the campus. Strategically intended for Phase 6 of the Dasmariñas University’s master plan are the arena and welcome arch. The arena can accommodate different layouts such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, fencing, futsal, and large events like graduation ceremonies and activities.
