iACADEMY is owned and operated by the project proponent, Information and Communications Technology Academy, Inc. It is a private, non-sectarian educational institution in the Philippines that offers specialized programs in Computing, Business, and Design, which are geared towards preparing students for a highly competitive professional world.

The proposed iACADEMY will rise on a 2,332.15 square meter lot located along Yakal Street, Makati City. The structure will be a 12-storey school with penthouse towering a height of 66.70 meters, which houses over 100 classrooms, computer labs, fashion studios and supporting facilities, that will help enhance the skills and talents of the future trail blazers and game changers in the industry to its fullest potential.

The façade concept is a building of pre-cast concrete, glass and metal cladding. Its design intent, a 70/30 solid pre-cast concrete and glass ratio, has been proven to provide a fast and cost effective construction and low operational cost. This construction methodology is expected to save about 4 to 6 months in construction time. Furthermore, it will also minimized wastage in construction materials, which in effect requires a lesser number of manpower while reducing waste and carbon footprint.
