Name of Project: N.U. Expansion (2019) & N.U. Main Building (2008)

Location: M. F. Jhocson St., Sampaloc, Manila

The National University Main Building under the SM Group of Companies has been the home of the NU Bulldogs since 2008. This is one of the first school buildings in Manila to have an escalator. The NU Main Building is an 8-storey Neo-Classical school building with complete facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, quadrangle, volleyball courts, basketball courts and running track. As the institution grows so as their demand for a bigger campus increases which led to the birth NU Main Building Expansion. The expansion is built to cater approximately 10,000 students in the coming years. The expansion will be a 12-storey building which is physically connected to the existing 8-storey building. The whole development will have a gross floor area of approximately 40,000sm. Additional facilities will be an indoor swimming pool, indoor futsal, basketball court, pe center, and fitness room.
