Name of Project: STI Academic Center Legazpi

Location: Rizal Avenue, Legazpi, Albay

STI Academic Center Legazpi is owned and operated by the STI Education Group Services Inc. It is a computer training center which offers both secondary and tertiary programs. STI now has campuses all over the Philippines and has diversified into ICT-Enhanced Programs in Information Technology, Business and Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Engineering, and Arts and Sciences.

The proposed STI Academic Center Legazpi will rise on a 4,149.00 square meter lot located along Rizal Ave., Legazpi City, Albay. The structure will be a 6-storey school with a roof deck a height of 27.60 meters, which houses 19 classrooms, computer laboratories, library and supporting facilities, that will help enhance the skills and talents of the future programmers, future professionals in hospitality industry and in other fields.

The façade concept is a building of pre-cast concrete, glass with vertical accent.
