The building stands 34.00 meters tall, comprising of 8-storeys with Roof Deck., It offers various educational programs, featuring 60 classrooms across 2nd to 6th floors, and adequate facilities. The 7th floor contains a 760 square-meter basketball court, along with locker area and a studio, to provide recreational and sporting activities. Its façade is designed with precast walls and glass, lined with STI yellow and blue accents.
