Location: Tanauan City, Batangas

An 11.8-hectare property, it shall be the next central hub and busy district of Tanauan City – The Tanauan City Zentrum. Home of the newly built Tanauan City Hall, fronting the Main Plaza, it is a mixed-use development encomprising residential, commercial office and institutional buildings that will cater to its people and be the center of commerce and trade for the city.

The site features a Transport Terminal for easy access and flexibility to its people. It is situated on a main thoroughfare, Talisay-Tanauan Road, and is in proximity along the South Luzon Expressway making the location prime and reachable.

This complex shall certainly be the future outline of development of its people and of the city, improve its economy and attract foreign investors to build and construct in the city.
